IMPORTANT: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this rigid Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates only, and we DO NOT guarantee arrival dates. We WILL NOT accept any requests for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges based solely on shipping delays or transit times exceeding the provided estimates. Please consider this carefully before completing your purchase.


SHIPPING OVERVIEW

At MemeMoon, we are committed to processing your orders promptly and delivering them securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated delivery times, rates, responsibilities, and important notes regarding international shipments. All shipping-related information, including delivery windows, is provided in good faith as ESTIMATES ONLY and is subject to change without prior notice.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Custom or personalized products (including items with custom token/NFT designs) require additional production time of 3–7 business days (in addition to the standard processing time) due to manufacturing and quality control requirements.

  • Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 3:00 PM (local time of operator) on weekdays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).

SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–21 business days from the date of dispatch (depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier performance). This is a broad estimate and can vary significantly.

  • Rates: Rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES: The provided business day estimates for the standard  shipping are APPROXIMATE AND NOT GUARANTEED. They include the processing time, carrier transit time, and DO NOT account for potential delays beyond our control, such as:

  • Customs clearance (especially for international orders)

  • High-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events)

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier-specific issues or force majeure events

DELAYS AND REFUND POLICY

You acknowledge and agree that MemeMoon is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, your sole remedy is to contact us at mememoon.store@gmail.com to inquire about the logistics status of your shipment. We will assist you in querying the carrier.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, CLAIMS OR REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES BASED SOLELY ON THE GROUNDS THAT THE SHIPPING TIME HAS EXCEEDED OUR PROVIDED ESTIMATES. PLEASE MAKE YOUR PURCHASE DECISION CAREFULLY WITH THIS UNDERSTANDING.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • The shipping destination (country/region)

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

All shipping rates displayed at checkout are final, non-refundable, and non-negotiable, even in cases of exceptional returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications where eligible under our Refund Policy.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

For orders shipped outside the jurisdiction where the MemeMoon operator is located:

  • Import Duties and Taxes: Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local customs authorities. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing an order.

  • Customs Delays: Delays caused by customs clearance are extremely common for international shipments and are not covered under our delivery time estimates.

  • Customs Actions: In rare cases, customs may hold, inspect, return, or destroy packages. We are not liable for any such outcomes or the resulting loss of product or shipping fees. You will not be eligible for a refund or replacement if your package is held or destroyed by customs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if provided by the carrier). You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the expected processing plus production time, please contact us at mememoon.store@gmail.com with your order number.

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Lost/Delayed in Transit: For packages with no tracking updates for an extended period (well beyond the maximum estimated delivery window), please contact us within 30 days of the last tracking update. We will assist in filing a query/claim with the carrier. However, filing a claim does not entitle you to an immediate refund.

  • Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows the package as "Delivered" to the provided address but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. We are not liable for packages once tracking indicates delivery to the customer-provided address.

  • Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location (e.g., home address or workplace where someone is available to receive the package).

CHANGES TO SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been processed and shipped. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update the address before processing, contact us immediately at mememoon.store@gmail.com.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
