Refund policy

Policy Notice: Each piece at MemeMoon is custom-crafted to your unique specifications. Because every item is made exclusively for you upon order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Should your item arrive with a manufacturing defect or damage sustained during transit, we are happy to assist. Please provide photographic or video evidence, and once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution or refund for you.

01. Policy Overview

All sales are final. Due to the nature of print-on-demand and custom-generated products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including:

Change of mind or personal preference.
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer.
Dissatisfaction with the artistic rendering (including Pixel Art style, dot patterns, or watermarks).

02. Customization & Legal Exemption

All products are created based on your specific input.

Withdrawal Rights: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized items.
Production Start: Since production begins immediately upon order placement, no cancellations are permitted once the order is submitted.

03. Mockups & Visual Fidelity

For Reference Only: All website imagery and mockups are for illustrative purposes.
Color & Print: Minor deviations in color, placement, or print clarity resulting from screen calibration or the production process are inherent to custom manufacturing. These do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are ineligible for claims.

04. Damages & The "Unboxing Mandate"

The only exception to our policy is a clear manufacturing defect or damage sustained during shipping. To be eligible for evaluation, you must comply with the following:

Continuous Unboxing Video: You must provide an unedited video starting from the original sealed state of the courier package, showing the shipping label, and continuing until the damage is identified.
Strict Rejection: Claims without a valid, unedited video—or those showing signs of tampering—will be permanently rejected.
Reporting Window: All claims must be emailed to mememoon.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Supporting Evidence: Please attach clear photos of both the defect and the external packaging.

05. Resolution Process

Upon verifying a legitimate manufacturing or shipping defect:

Primary Remedy: We will issue a replacement of the exact same item.
Shipping: We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
Refunds: A refund to the original payment method will be issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

06. Final Authority

MemeMoon reserves the absolute and final right to handle and decide the outcome of all claims and disputes. By purchasing, you irrevocably agree to abide by our final determination.
